After seven years of mastering advanced hair design, he recognized his true passion lay in the heritage of men’s grooming. In 2011, he transitioned exclusively to professional barbering, bringing a salon-level technicality to the classic barber chair.

Now a veteran of the Denver barbering scene, Derek understands that a haircut is more than just a service—it’s a confidence builder for life’s most important milestones. Whether it’s a high-stakes interview, a proposal, or a wedding day, he specializes in creating tailored styles that help his clients look and feel their best when it matters most.

Originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico, Isaias’s passion for the craft was sparked by 20 years of frequenting the same traditional, classic barbershop. That lifelong appreciation for the shop atmosphere led him to become a licensed barber in 2013, and he has spent the last decade-plus perfecting his technique behind the chair.

Known for his relentless commitment to self-improvement and a consistently positive attitude, Isaias blends old-school barbering values with modern precision. Whether he is performing a traditional service or a contemporary style, his goal is to provide a high-level experience that leaves every client feeling their absolute best.

Originally from Chicago, Brendan began his career in 2008 with a prestigious apprenticeship at Sassoon Chicago. This foundation exposed him to both high-level salon environments and rigorous technical education. Upon moving to Denver, he transitioned his focus to men’s grooming, spending 2013 to 2019 perfecting a style that blends his classical hairdressing background with the modern traditions of barbering.

Inspired by the intersection of tradition and modernism, Brendan specializes in finding a look that is perfectly tailored to each individual in his chair. His deep technical knowledge allows him to master complex textures and shapes, ensuring a precise finish for every client.

Shelby’s career began in 2015, rooted in a family legacy of barbering. Growing up in her aunt and uncle’s barbershop, she discovered a passion for the craft that led her from Michigan to specialized training at The Barber School in Midvale, Utah.

Since joining the team, Shelby has demonstrated a relentless dedication to excellence, honing her skills to meet the high standards of Rosemont. Recently promoted to Senior Barber, she specializes in traditional barbering techniques tailored for the modern individual. Her commitment to constant improvement is reflected in the precision of her work and the satisfaction of every guest who sits in her chair.

The allure of a traditional occupation has captivated Chris since his childhood in Colorado Springs. First inspired to cut hair in high school, he acquired his license shortly thereafter and has been developing his craft professionally for the past 4 years.

Rooted in a love for the rich history and methodical practice of the trade, Chris views barbering as more than just a service. He focuses on a hands-on, community-driven approach where every haircut is founded on authenticity and respect. A chair session with Chris is designed to be an accepting space—prioritizing relaxation and enjoyment to ensure every client leaves feeling refreshed.

A dual-licensed cosmetologist and barber with over a decade of experience, Brian brings a well-rounded, artistic perspective to the chair. While his background spans various creative arts, he specializes exclusively in haircutting—mastering everything from textured mid-to-long styles to precision skin fades.

Originally from the world of craft brewing, C.T. spent years working at some of Denver’s most prominent breweries. That career built the foundation for his methodical, formula-driven approach to technical skill development and precision haircutting.

Since transitioning into barbering, C.T. has demonstrated a sharp, intuitive understanding of haircut theory and a deep curiosity for the heritage of the craft. He brings a calm, focused presence to Rosemont, driven by a commitment to growth and a dedication to providing consistently excellent service for every client.

Danny isn’t just a new face at Rosemont, he’s part of the fabric of the shop. Having been a long-time guest of Rosemont alongside his father and brother, he walked in already knowing exactly what The Rosemont Barbers stands for.

Following a collegiate baseball career, Danny sought a new chapter built around his desire to help people feel their best. He enrolled at the Aveda Institute Denver in 2025, running our in house curriculum in parallel from day one. That dual commitment defined his start, he wasn't just checking boxes; he was building his craft with intention.

His development as an Associate Barber has been sharp. Danny brings the same discipline and competitive edge from his athletic background to the chair, and as someone who grew up as a client here, he is personally committed to maintaining the high standard that defines the shop.
