How We’re Showing Up for ICE Out

Tomorrow, Friday January 30th, many businesses are closing in solidarity with the ICE Out protest.

As a very small business that operates on thin margins, closing for a full day creates real consequences. It disrupts our guests’ schedules, impacts our team’s income, and compromises the consistency we pride ourselves on.

Instead of closing, we are choosing to contribute in a way that aligns with our values and protects our people.

All profits from Friday, January 30th will be donated to the Rocky Mountain Immigrant Advocacy Network (RMIAN).

This issue extends beyond political disagreement. It is a human rights issue, a humanity issue, and a question of tyranny. We stand with our community, our guests, and our team.

We encourage everyone to stay engaged. Call your representatives, speak up, and support local organizations doing real work on the ground.

We are donating to Rocky Mountain Immigrant Advocacy Network (RMIAN) because they provide direct, on-the-ground legal services to immigrants and asylum seekers facing detention, deportation, and family separation here in Colorado.

RMIAN works inside detention centers, in courtrooms, and with families navigating an immigration system that is intentionally complex and dehumanizing. Their work isn’t symbolic, it keeps families together, protects due process, and ensures people have access to legal representation when their freedom and safety are at risk.

Their work protects due process, keeps families together, and shows up where it actually matters, not just in words, but in action.
