Rosemont x Ratio Beerworks: Introducing Our Collaboration Beer

Living and working in the RiNo Arts District means being surrounded by neighbors who share a relentless commitment to craft. We’ve always believed that barbering extends beyond the chair, it’s about community, hospitality, and building things locally with people we respect.

That’s why we’re excited to announce our first ever collaboration beer: a custom brew created in partnership with our neighbors at Ratio Beerworks.

We spent the day on the brew floor at Ratio putting together something built specifically for these hot Denver days. Guided by Bess and Greg, who walked us through the entire brewing process from start to finish, we helped craft a beer designed to be light, easy to drink, and genuinely refreshing.

The Beer

• Style: Lager brewed with hibiscus and lime

• Appearance: Vibrant pink color

• Profile: Crisp, subtle tartness, exceptionally clean finish

• ABV: Sessionable at 4.8%

Whether you're stopping by after a cut at our Larimer Street location or hanging out in the neighborhood, this release represents the best of RiNo's creative spirit. Huge thank you to Jason, Bess, Greg, and Rufus at Ratio Beerworks for making this project come to life.

Starting this Friday 8/21, the Rosemont x Ratio collaboration lager will be available on tap at both the Overland and RiNo taprooms. Grab a glass while it lasts.
