Continuing education has always been a cornerstone of our philosophy, but we've taken it a step further by creating something you don't often see in a barbershop: a dedicated educational library for our team.

A Library Built for Better Barbering

Our back room houses a growing collection of educational resources from Vidal Sassoon, Pivot Point, Aveda, American Crew, Gradient, and many more.

These aren't just books sitting on a shelf. They're resources covering haircutting techniques, consultation, guest service, and the fundamentals of our craft.

In our back room during a break in the day, and you'll often find a barber studying a technique, reading through a book, or practicing on a mannequin.

We believe downtime is an opportunity to develop, experiment, and become better at what we do.

Education Beyond Our Four Walls

Alongside our library, we maintain an education board highlighting some of the best barbering and hair education opportunities around the world.

The board includes upcoming classes, dates, descriptions, costs, and which team members are attending.

While we regularly host education within our own shop, we also want our barbers exposed to different educators, techniques, and perspectives from across the industry.

Our goal is to make exceptional education accessible, visible, and part of the everyday conversation.
