After seven years of mastering advanced hair design, he recognized his true passion lay in the heritage of men’s grooming. In 2011, he transitioned exclusively to professional barbering, bringing a salon-level technicality to the classic barber chair.

Now a veteran of the Denver barbering scene, Derek understands that a haircut is more than just a service—it’s a confidence builder for life’s most important milestones. Whether it’s a high-stakes interview, a proposal, or a wedding day, he specializes in creating tailored styles that help his clients look and feel their best when it matters most.

Originally from Arizona, Chelsey brings a diverse background in education, nonprofit communication, and events management to the floor. Seeking a more connective career path, she pursued barbering to blend her creative vision with technical precision.

As a dual-licensed cosmetologist and barber, Chelsey appreciates the methodical skill required for men's grooming. She brings a warm, focused presence to Rosemont, dedicated to delivering tailored cuts and building authentic relationships with every guest who sits in her chair.

What started as an early curiosity for the trade quickly evolved into a dedicated career built around the opportunity to do meaningful work every day.

Behind the chair, Cody brings a detail oriented approach and a versatile skill set to every cut. He enjoys working across a wide range of styles and always takes the time to shape a look that fits each guest’s individual preference and daily routine.
