From Intern to Barber: Royal's Journey

Royal started interning with The Rosemont Barbers in April 2025, and he's worked his ass off every step of the way since. Rather than rushing the process, Royal went through our apprenticeship and education program multiple times, refining his technique on fades, tapers, and straight razor shaves until his skills matched our standard, not just the bare minimum to pass.

That dedication earned him his first day on the floor this past February, a milestone that reflects the same rigorous training every Rosemont barber goes through before ever picking up a pair of shears with a guest in the chair.
