Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Changing October 1st

We want to give you a heads-up about a small but important change to our cancellation and rescheduling policy.

Starting October 1st, we’ll be moving from a 3-hour cancellation window to a strict 6-hour policy. This applies to both cancellations and rescheduling. Any changes to your appointment must be made at least 6 hours in advance.

When we relocated from LoDo to RiNo, we decided to keep our incredibly lenient 3-hour policy to see how things would play out. Over the past year, we've noticed that this flexibility has been taken advantage of—guests canceling just before the 3-hour mark has become a regular occurrence. While we understand that life happens, these last-minute cancellations have made it difficult to fill appointments on such short notice in a more neighborhood setting like RiNo.

In LoDo, we had a constant flow of walk-ins, hotel guests, and last-minute inquiries. In RiNo, that’s simply not the case. To better serve our team and the guests waiting to get in, we’re updating our policy to give us a more reasonable window to fill open spots when cancellations happen.

We appreciate your understanding as we make this adjustment. As always, our goal is to provide the best possible experience for everyone who walks through our doors—this change helps us do exactly that.

Thanks for understanding and for continuing to support what we do.
We are very grateful to have you with us.
